Caloosa Cove rooms feature kitchens, balconies, and ocean views. Choose from either a junior suite with one queen bed and convertible sofa, a den suite with one queen bed and two convertible sofas or a full suite with two queen beds in a separate room from the living area with a convertible sofa.
Heated Pool & Beach Area
Enjoy the beautiful views and sea breeze of the Atlantic Ocean from the spacious pool and pool deck located between the guest room and the ocean. Soak up the sun on a sandy beach and enjoy the sparkling waters of the Florida Keys. Grill dinner on the provided barbecues and picnic on the beach.

General Store
Located steps from the marina the Island Store has all the supplies you need to enjoy the Florida Keys. Provisions include fishing licenses, bait, tackle, ice, water, soft drinks, beer, wine, grocery items and other supplies for a day on the water. The hardware and ship store has the supplies to keep your home, boat, or RV ship shape.
Auto & Marina Gas
Roadside Regular Unleaded 87 Octane and Non-Ethanol 90 Octane gas for your automobile and towed boats. Non-Ethanol 90 Octane and Marine Diesel is available at the dock for on water vessels.
Marina & Boat Storage
Caloosa Cove Marina features 30 wet boat slips for boats up to 50 feet in length and 80 dry boat storage for boats up to 34 feet in length. For more information visit our Marina page here.

Activities
The resort property includes a shuffleboard, lighted tennis court, pickle ball court, and basketball court for guest use at no additional charge.

ACCESSIBILITY
Caloosa Cove Resort was constructed in 1980. Our 30 unit timeshare ownership resort representing 1,500 ownership interests. Some of our individual owners make their units available for rental.
We are committed to providing outstanding service and a great vacation experience to all of our guests. While Caloosa Cove Resort does not have accessible units, there are many accessibility features at our Resort. They include:
- ADA Parking Spaces (van accessible) – must display a government parking permit
- Accessible Routes – to resort office, guest rooms and pool deck
- Elevator – lighted pathway from parking to elevator landing
- Reception Desk is accessible
- Pool Access Lift
- TVs – close captioning enabled
- Exterior Entry Doors
- 32” wide (however our interior room doors are generally 30” wide),
- Electronic card locks
- Levers as handles (interior room doors do not have levers)
- Service Animals – allowed for persons with disabilities
We welcome ADA service animals as permitted by law. We may inquire as to task the service animal has been trained to perform. Service animals must be under the control of the owner at all times and cannot be left alone or unattended.
